Discount Golf on Santa Fe Trail Courses for NM Residents
I’m excited to find a super-discounted golf package for New Mexico residents to play all eight of the Santa Fe Trail courses for only $200. That’s 25 bucks per round, a very low par for these courses, and a saving of over $150. None are in Taos, but Taos golfers will stumble on their soft spikes in the rush to take advantage of the deal to play at top notch courses between here and Santa Fe (Black Mesa and Towa) and in the Albuquerque area (Paa-Ko Ridge, Twin Warriors, Sandia, UNM Championship, Santa Ana, and Isleta Eagle.) Buy your Twilight Pass for $200, and you can play all the courses through end of May 2010. Deal conditions are very reasonable: You can only play each course once, and the pass is only valid on Monday to Thursday, for groups of no more than four players, and for tee times starting from 2 pm. Which still gives you plenty of time for a leisurely game. Book tee times up to seven days in advance.
I’m sorry to say that this bargain really IS only for New Mexico Residents. Everyone else, you’ll just have to move here… But green fees on the Santa Fe Trail courses are extremely competitive even at rack rate, compared to other national courses of similar quality, so check ’em out anyway. Passes are limited, and we’re not sure how long this deal will last, so if you’re interested, don’t dally to tee off and buy your discount Santa Fe Trail golf pass online.
Thats a terrific price… here in Vegas you still need to get a bank loan to pay that many rounds.
I noted your add for the “Santa Fe Trail Courses”, listed within Sun Country web site which states the purchase of trail pass is good for one year, but the Discount Golf on Santa Fe Trail web site states the pass is good through end of May 2010. Which is corrected?? Also, neither web site states that carts are included or not??? Thus, my questions are, what’s the expiration time and are carts included??? Thanks for your info, EARL
Hi Earl, in July ’09 when we reported the Golf on the Santa Fe Trail Twilight Pass deal, play was valid through May ’10. It looks like the pass is still available at the same link we provided then, but they’ve updated it to be valid for a year from time of purchase – which is good news all around! (Posts on Taos on the Cheap aren’t advertisements, they are editorial coverage of deals we found at the time – so are accurate at time of posting, but of course things change over time.) To confirm exact details on the current Golf on the Santa Fe Trail Twilight Pass and whether carts are included you’d need to contact the vendor. They give an email contact address at their website, and the phone number 1-866-465-3660.
